Hosted by OverDrive, Digipalooza ’27 brings together top voices in public libraries to explore the future of digital access, equity, and engagement. Join 400+ library leaders for three days of sessions, keynotes, and roundtables covering audiobooks, collection strategy, data and reporting, and more. Registration includes access to all sessions, meals, and evening entertainment — including the Welcome Reception at The Corner Alley and Night at the Museum at the Cleveland Museum of Natural History.

This conference is for public, academic, and corporate partner libraries of OverDrive who use Libby and Kanopy. Whether you are responsible for your library collection development, front-line support, electronic resources, marketing, training, or administrative decisions, everyone can benefit from the programming and networking at Digipalooza. 

Digipalooza is a fully in-person program hosted in Cleveland, Ohio.

Digipalooza’s dress code is smart casual. You’re welcome to wear comfortable attire like jeans, chinos, blouses, collared shirts, nice t-shirts, and casual shoes.

We’re continuing to refine the program, with the full lineup finalized by early 2027. 

Digipalooza ’27 is designed for our public library, corporate, and academic library partners who use Libby and Kanopy. We’re exploring options that work best for our K-12 partners.

Yes! Guest tickets for evening events are $125 and cover the Welcome Reception at The Corner Alley on Tuesday, August 10, and the All-Conference Reception on Wednesday, August 11. 

There is an automatic 10% discount for groups of 5+ purchased in the same transaction

If you have any special dietary requirements, please let us know in advance by filling out the dietary requirements question in the registration form. Our catering team will do their best to accommodate your needs and restrictions. For any changes to your form or to talk about this, please contact digipalooza2027@overdrive.com.

We recommend registering by early July. Hotel room blocks and rates close on July 15, 2027, so keep that date in mind as you plan.

If you no longer have access to your ticket, please email us at digipalooza2027@overdrive.com and we will assist you in getting a replacement ticket. If you lose your badge at the event, you can reprint it at the check-in kiosk on-site.  

Attendees will receive an email from Cvent once the event app is available, which will include instructions on how to access and use the app. For any questions or issues accessing the Cvent, please contact digipalooza2027@overdrive.com and we will be happy to help!  

A certificate of attendance will be available to all registrants after the event.

The Opening Reception will be held at The Corner Alley on Tuesday, August 10, from 6:00–8:00 PM. Join fellow Digipalooza attendees, industry partners, and the OverDrive team for cocktails, appetizers, bowling, and games at this East 4th Street venue. 

The Corner Alley is just under a mile from the Hilton – an easy 10–15 minute walk. A complimentary shuttle will also run between the hotel and The Corner Alley on Tuesday, August 10, from 5:45–8:30 PM. 

The all-conference celebration, Night at the Museum, will be held at the Cleveland Museum of Natural History on Wednesday, August 11, from 6:30–10:30 PM. Enjoy dinner, drinks, live music, and dancing among the museum’s exhibits, with access to the outdoor Ralph Perkins II Wildlife Center & Woods.  

Shuttle service will be provided.  

We don’t offer shuttle service to and from the airport, but Cleveland Hopkins International Airport is close by, making it easy and affordable to get to and from downtown via Uber, Lyft, or the Cleveland RTA system. More details are available at digipalooza.com/travel. 

Two hotel room blocks are available: the Hilton Cleveland Downtown and the Drury Plaza Hotel Cleveland. You can find booking links and other travel info at digipalooza.com/travel. 

Both hotel room blocks close on July 15, 2027. Cancellations and refunds at the hotel are subject to their terms and conditions. * At the Hilton, guests have until 48 hours prior to their arrival date to cancel without penalty. If cancelled less than 48 hours from arrival, a cancellation of (1) night room & tax will be charged. 

At The Drury, guests can cancel their reservation 24 hours prior (3pm the day before arrival).
